This page explains which personal data are processed when you visit universoreiki.com, why, and with which safeguards, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian privacy law.

Like every website, the server automatically records some technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time). They are needed to run the site and protect it from abuse, and are kept by the hosting provider for the time required by its security systems.
If you fill in the form on the Contact page you send us your name, email, phone number, your experience with energy or spiritual courses, the subject and your message. These data reach us by email and are used only to reply to you and, if you ask, to arrange the free treatment or your enrolment in a course. Legal basis: your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your request and in any case for no more than 24 months, unless you become a member of the association.
The site has an automated assistant based on artificial intelligence, which answers questions about courses, treatments and prices. When you type a question, the text of the conversation is sent to the Claude service by Anthropic PBC (United States) to generate the answer.
Legal basis: your request for information (art. 6.1.b GDPR). The assistant can make mistakes: the official information is what Antonio confirms to you.
The green button opens a chat on WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms. The messages you send there are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and we use them only to reply to you.
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to find out, in aggregate form, how many people visit the pages and where they come from. Google Analytics uses cookies and may transfer data to the United States. It is turned on only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner (legal basis: your consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR).
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts: to do so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. The Google Maps map on the Contact page is shown only if you accept cookies; otherwise you will find a link to the address in its place.
The site does not use advertising or profiling cookies and does not turn on third-party cookies without your consent.
On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept or decline Google cookies: declining does not limit your use of the site. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw consent we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Data are never sold or passed on. On behalf of the association they are processed only by the providers needed to run the site: Hostinger (hosting and site email), Google (statistics, fonts and maps), Anthropic (virtual assistant), Meta (WhatsApp, if you choose to use it).
You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to its processing or receive it in a readable format (arts. 15-22 GDPR), by writing to antonio@universoreiki.com. If you believe your data are being processed incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority of the EU country where you live.
This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest change.
